Then, just when you’ve given up hope - you see the place of your dreams with a view that truly takes your breathe away. Of course you cant afford it, leaving you with constant dreams to one day move there. A few years later, with a lot of grinding hard - the dream comes true.

This photo represents part of my culture and the traditions that are still intact in Mexico.  You don't see these types of performances every day and definitely without background like this. These traditions keep going for generations, even without a financial incentive. This represents how rich my country is in culture which is what I miss the most about not living there anymore.  This is a memento of when I went back home to Mexico since I moved to the US.  I moved to the US in 2006 and this photo was taken in 2019 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This is the beach I had the best memories in when I was younger.  I went to Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara and Zacatecas with my wife, who had never been there.  For her to experience this trip and the memories we shared along where very special to me.  To share my home with her. Although Puerto Vallarta isn't where I was born, this is one of my favorite places in the world which is a 3-hour drive from where I was born, Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Contrast between fog and clarity between two towers

7,700 years ago Mount Mazama erupted in volcanic fury, destroying itself and leaving a massive crater where the mountain's peak once was. Now the caldera is filled with the deepest lake in the entire United States, containing a volume of over 18 cubic kilometers of water.

I made the trip to Crater Lake in July 2021 and was stunned by the deep blue water and sheer scale of such a massive landmark. It's impossible to take a single photo of the entire lake - but from the western viewpoint near Wizard Island, I was able to scan a wide panoramic photo of the whole lake from end to end, about 5 miles across. Wizard Island appears disproportionately large due to its proximity to my perspective.

Crater Lake is an example of how unimaginable destruction - the violent explosion of a 12,000 ft. high mountain - can result in stunning beauty that we get to enjoy thousands of years later. Creation is born out of chaos.

I took this photo in February of 2021 right when everything was getting starting with NFTs.  We had been hired for a travel job in our van and woke up to shoot sunrise over this stunning beach.  I had no idea that a few days after this, I would sell my first NFT and my life would change.  The calm before the storm.

Seagull Wings- I got into photography when I was 12 years old around the same time I moved to California. I instantly became connected with the ocean and its power and beauty. I wanted to be able to capture this emotion I had and the way I accomplished that was through views that many people will never get to experience. Views from inside a wave just like a professional surfer would see. I love how each wave can be different and how the light reflects through the water. It brings back so many memories and I love that I am able to share this with others.

We were in the middle of a pandemic doing our best to create any sort of day to day normalcy. We, my husband, brother, and brother's girlfriend, collectively decided to pack up our things and head north to Portland for a month of adventure. I took this picture about two weeks into our trip off the coast of Oregon. Every time I look at it, I am instantly transported to this moment in time where we all were unclear what would happen next in the world, but grateful for each other.

Sunset Sky over the Hudson #1 - The first of my new collection titled Sunset Sky. Each photo is taken 30 minutes before or after sunset overlooking the Hudson River from NYC. Sunsets repeat daily and a natural part of our time on this planet. In one of the busiest, chaotic cities in the world, taking a mindful moment and watching the daily constant is not only healing but eye catching.

Water represents cleansing, refreshing, giving life.

The pool at the beach represents structure and protection from the elements, but it's a reminder that while we need some structure, we do need to leave a margin for more opportunities, and beauty.

The significance, simplicity, yet symmetrical vision between the image & the life that lies around within this piece, is a perfect example of the beauty this place has to offer in such an ugly world. In January 2020, I started a running streak of consecutive days of running at least 1 mile. Despite a pandemic, a birth of a new child, a new job, and a ton of other distractions I’ve kept it going. This picture was taken on one of my morning runs over the American River in Sacramento. Sunrise runs are special and this one was particularly beautiful.

June 2022 marks the end of my 2 years living in San Francisco, a city I love and will always remember. It's got so many unique spots and views. This is one of my favorite places to shoot the Golden Gate Bridge. While others give you an amazing perspective from above, this one puts you right at the foundation making you realize how immense it is.

This was an unexpected moment captured in Banff, Alberta. It was a cloudy day with no particular hope for sun so we were wandering around near the riverside. As I crossed some stones I looked up to see the sun start to break through the clouds to frame the Rocky Mountains with these heavenly rays. I didn’t have my camera on me but was able to snap this quickly on my phone and appreciate the moment..
